Objective

Hop To Vine Hustle needed a bright, uplifting, and friendly custom Squarespace website to promote their annual community event. The website needed to capture the spirit of the event—a journey through scenic vineyards leading to seven tasting locations and culminating in a vibrant after-party celebrating local brews and wines.

Branding

• Custom Logo Design: Featuring a hop and grapes, the logo is fresh and brings an optimistic energy.
• Colour Palette: The branding required warm and friendly colours, with yellow reflecting the warmth of a pale ale and green representing the richness of grapevine leaves.
• Typography: A light sans-serif font was chosen for its clarity and modern look. It adds a level of sophistication while maintaining an energetic and approachable feel.

Features

• Dynamic Homepage: The homepage is designed with lots of movement, including a scrolling heading to add energy and engagement.
• Scrolling Logos: Custom-coded scrolling logos of the H2VH vendors to showcase event sponsors and partners.
• Video Integration: Featuring a video from the 2023 Hop To Vine Hustle to give visitors a glimpse of the event experience.
• E-Commerce Functionality: Two stores—one for Hop To Vine Hustle merchandise and another for selling event tickets.
• Event Information: Detailed sections on where to stay and other relevant event information to assist attendees.
• Contact Forms: To streamline communication and engagement, two contact forms, including one for volunteers.
• Photo Gallery: A gallery featuring photos from past events to highlight the community and atmosphere of the event.

The new website for Hop To Vine Hustle successfully captures the event’s bright, uplifting, and fun spirit while maintaining a level of sophistication. The warm and friendly branding, combined with a dynamic and easy-to-navigate design, enhances user experience and effectively promotes the event.
